Do you work with wineries only?

While wineries are my specialty, I also partner with restaurants and other hospitality brands that value authentic storytelling and customer connection.

Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing support?

Both. Many clients start with a setup or refresh project, and then move into ongoing monthly support. Others prefer ad hoc projects like a photoshoot or a campaign.

Can you manage everything for me, or just provide strategy?

I can do either. Some clients want a hands-on partner who manages campaigns end to end, while others need a strategic guide alongside their in-house team.

Do you replace my marketing staff, or work with them?

I can fill the gap if you don’t have in-house marketing, or collaborate with your existing team as an extension of their capabilities.

How does photography fit into your services?

Photography can be bundled into your marketing plan or booked as a standalone service for catalog updates, campaigns, or social content.

What platforms do you work with?

I specialize in e-commerce and DTC platforms like Commerce7, but can advise on or project-manage migrations to other systems.

Do you offer on-site support?

Most of my work is remote, but I provide on-site photography and occasionally attend key meetings or planning sessions by arrangement.

What does pricing look like?

Pricing depends on the scope of services. I build custom packages tailored to your needs, whether that’s ongoing monthly support or one-time projects.

How long do clients usually work with you?

My focus is on long-term relationships. Many clients stay on for years, as their needs evolve season after season.
